Viking Alumni Recruiter (VAR) volunteers are an important part of recruitment and retention initiatives at CSU. Working alongside the Office of Undergraduate Admission, VAR volunteers help promote awareness of the University and assist with on-campus events as well as off-campus outreach to prospective students.
Examples of Viking Alumni Recruiter volunteers:
Congratulate newly admitted students by sending out postcards.
Volunteer during on-campus Admissions Visit Days.
