Viking Alumni Recruiter (VAR) volunteers are an important part of recruitment and retention initiatives at Cleveland State University. Working alongside the Office of Undergraduate Admission and the CSU Alumni Association, VAR volunteers help promote awareness of the University and assist with on-campus events as well as off-campus outreach to prospective students. Our mission is to engage the talent and passion of our alumni to aid in recruiting outstanding new students to CSU.
