Dr. Angela Cohen hopes to create change as a CSUAA board member

Why did you choose to join the CSUAA Board?

“I chose to join a board as a way to challenge and develop myself professionally. It was an easy decision to pursue the opportunity with CSU, as myself and my brother are both CSU alums.”

What is your favorite CSU memory?

“My favorite memory is actually from my childhood. I remember having a family night out at a CSU Vikes basketball game. My brother was selected to be one of the pre-game ball boys...I was so jealous! Interestingly, we would both return to CSU later in life as students - no jealously needed this time!”

 What is your favorite thing to do in Cleveland?

“There is so much to do in Cleveland, but one of my favorites is the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. They put on some great special events and each time I visit, I learn or see something new.”

 Do you enjoy any particular activities or have any hobbies?

“I've recently got back into my musical side and am trying to learn guitar. I also love to travel and am attempting to visit all 50 states and all national parks.”

 Is there anything else you want to share (pets, family composition, etc.)?

“I live on the westside with my husband, 2 cats, and dog.”
